Terms and Conditions for ELLY Token and ELLY Game

1. General Information 1.1. The ELLY Token (“Token”) is a digital asset created for exclusive use within the ELLY Game (“Game”). The Token is designed to facilitate in-game interactions and has no inherent monetary value outside of the Game. 1.2. ELLY Game is an entertainment-based project developed by an independent team (“Developers”) who are not professional developers. The Game is provided on an “as-is” basis without any guarantees of functionality, performance, or success. 1.3. The use of ELLY Tokens and participation in the Game are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1.4. 2. Halal Compliance 2.1. The ELLY Token is designed to comply with principles of halal finance. 2.2. No staking mechanisms, interest-based rewards, or speculative activities are permitted with the Token. 2.3. The primary purpose of the Token is for in-game use, and its activities are intended to align with ethical principles.

3. Restrictions on Participation 3.1. Residents, citizens, or entities from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, or the European Union are not allowed to participate in the Game or acquire ELLY Tokens. 3.2. Any attempt to bypass this restriction through proxies, VPNs, or other methods is a violation of these Terms.

4. No Guarantee of Success 4.1. The Developers make no representations or warranties regarding the success, performance, or profitability of the Game or the Token. 4.2. The Game and Token are provided solely for entertainment purposes, and participants assume all risks associated with their use. 4.3. Participants acknowledge that ELLY is a meme token, and historically, 99% of meme tokens fail. There is no guarantee of success or sustainability.

5. Rules to Protect the ELLY Game 5.1. Participants must not engage in any activities that could harm the Game’s integrity, including but not limited to hacking, exploiting bugs, or engaging in fraudulent transactions. 5.2. The resale, transfer, or trading of ELLY Tokens outside the Game is strictly prohibited. 5.3. Any behavior deemed detrimental to the Game’s ecosystem may result in the suspension or termination of access.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1. The Developers are not liable for any loss, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Game or the use of ELLY Tokens. 6.2. Participants acknowledge that the Developers are not professional entities and assume all risks associated with participation in the Game. 6.3. No participant has the right to admit claims or sue the Developers for any reason related to the Token or Game.
